The Timothy Bailey Trust and its Fund will be administered by the Trustees. No deductions will be taken from the Trust Fund for any purpose other than as Scholarship awards. Adjustments to the value of the Scholarship in line with inflation may be possible in the future. It is anticipated that the Timothy Bailey Trust will operate so long as it has funds to award an annual Scholarship of ~£500. The Trust and its Fund will be wound up once there is insufficient money to continue.

Currently the Trustees are:

1. Dr. Mark Bailey (Tim's brother),
2. Mr. Greg Payne (Tim's friend from Reading School and Christ Church, Oxford),
3. Professor Sarah Randolph (Tutorial Fellow in Biological Sciences at Christ Church, Oxford).
